Your rough mix is an important part of the process.
Tell me what you like, what isn't working and what you're hoping the finished record will sound like.

03 — I MIX YOUR SONG
Once I have everything I need, I get to work.
I personally mix your record — balancing the instruments, shaping the vocals, creating depth and dynamics, and making sure everything works together as a finished production.
You get your first full mix within 7 days.
04 — YOU GIVE ME FEEDBACK
You'll receive your mix through my online revision platform.
Over the course of the next 7 days, we finish the song!

CORMAC — IRISH SINGER-SONGWRITER
When Covid forced Irish singer-songwriter Cormac O Caoimh to radically change the way he recorded, he found himself working from home.

NAIVE NEW BEATERS — FRANCE
Formerly signed French artists Naive New Beaters had recorded demos they wanted to use to help secure a new deal.
Their management wanted to give those songs the best possible chance, so they sent them over for mixing. I took the demos and elevated them into finished records that could compete at the level they needed.
The result helped them secure a new deal with Capitol Records in France.

Q: How does the remote mixing process work with Deluxe Mixing? A: The process is entirely collaborative online. You upload your multi-tracks or stems via swisstransfer.com ( they allow large file sizes and it's free) pop me a note to discuss your sonic vision, and I deliver the first mix within 7 days. We then use an interactive revisions platform (Mixup) where you can leave timestamped feedback directly on the audio, ensuring the final record is exactly how you imagined it.
Q: What files do I need to provide for a professional mix? A: To get the best results, please provide consolidated 24-bit WAV files (stems or multi-tracks) starting from the same point (0:00). It is also helpful to include your "rough mix" and think about mentioning some tracks from commercial artists that represent the vibe and frequency balance you are aiming for.
Q: How many revisions are included in the mixing service? A: My goal is to make sure you are 100% proud of the result. Every mix includes multiple rounds of revisions as standard. Most projects are nailed within one to three passes thanks due to the timestamped feedback platform I use.
Q: Do you offer vocal tuning and timing correction? A: Yes. As a platinum-certified engineer, I understand that the vocal is the heart of the record. I expect the vocal to arrive ready to mix, free of clicks and edited but I will do *minor* vocal tuning (Melodyne) and occasional timing correction (pocketing) of things like backing vocals if needed to ensure your performance sounds world-class while remaining natural.
Q: What is the typical turnaround time for a mix? A: I typically deliver the first mix within 7 days of receiving your files. If you have a specific deadline or a tight release schedule, please mention it during our initial consultation so we can ensure your release stays on track.
Q: Who will be mixing my project? A: Every project is mixed personally by Adam Whittaker. Unlike many online mixing services that outsource to juniors, you are working directly with a Top 1% globally ranked engineer (via Muso.AI) with 20+ years of experience and over 2 billion streams.
Q: What is included in the mixing service? A: I provide a "master-ready" mix. This includes all necessary technical work and every ounce of my creative effort to make something great for you. You receive the main mix plus alternative versions (Instrumental, Acappella, etc.) at no extra cost.
Q: Will my music be ready for Spotify, Radio, and Apple Music? A: Absolutely. My mixes are engineered to stand up proudly next to commercial releases. I’ve worked with artists who have gone on to sign with Capitol Records and achieve national radio airplay; your music will be delivered at that same professional caliber.
